FCCLA is a local, state and national organization which promotes personal growth and leadership development through Family & Consumer Sciences education.  Focusing on the multiple roles of family member, wage earner and community leader, members develop skills for life through character development; creative and critical thinking; interpersonal communications; practical knowledge; and career preparation. Holmes FCCLA had seven out of eleven of their competitors make it into the Top 10!

They earned six golds and five silvers. Laney Bushman & Jonas Friesema placed third in Focus on Children.

Finn Christensen, Ingrid McCall & Abigail Wren placed fourth in Repurpose & Redesign.

Adelle Taylor and Aracely Gonzalez-Rodriguez placed seventh in Nutrition & Wellness.

Regan Heron earned a gold in a Professional Presentation.

Jonas, Laney, Regan and Aliah are all three-year national competitors. Congratulations to all of them!
