The Holmes Middle School Student Council is comprised of a representative group of students who provide leadership and a communication link between students, staff, administration, parents and the community. Student leadership groups focus on school spirit, fundraising, school incentives, school pride, communications and some community/school service. We are open to all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students to be representatives.
7th and 8th grade students are eligible to run for leadership positions and include: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
Interested students need to attend our first meeting on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, from 7:30-8:30. We will meet in room 64, which is Mrs. Gilbert's Room. We will hold meetings every Wednesday on the first and last Wednesday of the month in the morning (7:30-8:30) and the 2nd and 3rd Wednesdays after school from (3:50-5).
Communication will be through our Student Council Schoology Group.
We are excited about a great year and look forward to continuing to build a positive school culture at Holmes Middle School!
