1. Students and their Guardian should review the courses that are offered for their grade level and choose the classes that you are most interested in.
Please be aware that specific elective classes may not be scheduled if the requested numbers do not reach a minimum class size, or available teaching staff does not allow for a class.
2. This form is NOT the same as registering at Holmes or Choice Enrollment, it is course selections only. YOU MUST FILL OUT THE DISTRICT REGISTRATION FORMS TO START AND COMPLETE THAT PROCESS!
